LOCATION & FACILITIES
Vantage Point Farm, LLC is located in a hidden equestrian oasis, only a few miles from the city of Houston. Tucked off of the main roads, it is separated from the noise of everyday distractions, making it a perfect place to focus on your training and riding lessons.
The farm is located in Tomball, TX, within minutes of The Woodlands, Spring, Conroe, Waller and Montgomery. Our facility is located at 10032 Kleppel Road, Tomball, Texas 77375, near the intersection of FM 2920 and Stuebner Airline. There are several area hotels and restaurants within minutes of our facility and both Houston Intercontinental and Hooks Airport are just a short distance away. We are so happy to be in our new barn in Tomball, TX. Among the many great features is our latest addition — the new arena-side Outdoor Viewing Stand (above), which adds a great deal of comfort for parents and spectators during lessons and training sessions.

BARN & FARM FEATURES
STABLING
Our facility features 2 barns. The main barn has 32 well-ventilated 12' x 12' stalls with automatic waterers, an automatic fly spray system, 2 large tack rooms, feed room, multiple storage rooms/areas, 2 wash racks with hot and cold water & sprinkler system mounted on the rooftop to help keep the barn cooler during months of extreme heat. The air-conditioned client lounge in the barn features a water cooler, refrigerator, Keurig & microwave to help ensure client & student comfort. Our lovely office holds 2 restrooms, one with a convenient shower to allow for a client to freshen up after they’ve finished their time at the barn. The farm also contains a 6-stall barn that houses overflow horses, mares & foals & those on site for reproductive work.
WORK AREAS
We have several options for training areas that allows us to keep things fresh for our horses and riders. The main arena is a 150’ x 250’ lighted ring with a quick-drying sandy soil mixture as footing. There are two round pens, a 60’ diameter with sandy soil footing, a 50’ diameter beginner rider/lunge lesson ring & indoor riding area in the main barn. We also greatly enjoy riding and driving on the 800-foot plus straightaway and cool-down time spent wandering through the trees on the property.
TURNOUT & MORE
Broodmares and retirees enjoy a life of leisure in the lush 7-acre pasture. Others enjoy down time in a smaller paddock and/or the main arena in the early morning or evening hours.
All VPF clients gain onsite access to the reproductive services of David Riddle. David has worked alongside VPF for several years, helping us successfully raise several beautiful foals. The onsite lab is state of the art and contains all of the equipment necessary for broodmare and stallion management, including embryo transfer and semen freezing services.
